Join Tonight For Public Hearing to Save Buttonwood Hospital

Plans to privatize Buttonwood Hospital would be detrimental to workers, hospital residents, and community members. Privatization places profits ahead of people and contradicts Buttonwood’s 100 year commitment to unrivaled patient care. Burlington County Freeholders plan to hold two public hearings to give the public an opportunity to be heard. It is crucial to create an outpouring of support at both of these public hearings.

The first hearing is scheduled for the following place and time, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HEARING HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE PARKER CENTER:

Date:
Tuesday, January 31, 2012

Time:
6:00 p.m.

Place:
Burlington County College
Pemberton Campus – Parker Center
601 Pemberton Browns Mills Road
Pemberton, NJ 08068

Please arrive with your friends and families at the Parker Center at Burlington County College in Pemberton (just down the street from Buttonwood) by 5:30 PM to pick up a ‘Save Buttonwood’ t-shirt, a sign, and to reserve a seat. There is plenty of parking available on campus and volunteers will be available to direct people to the correct building.

Please contact Chris Aikin, CWA 1036 at 609-267-1640 with any questions. We look forward to seeing you there.
