Join 1199 SEIU Nursing Home Caregivers on Informational Pickets for Good Jobs
Many of our brothers and sisters from 1199 SEIU are in contract negotiations, and they are simply asking for what they need to take care of their families so that they can continue to provide the highest quality care to nursing home residents. Nursing home management must recognize the value of the jobs these caregivers perform. Therefore, we are encouraging all affiliates to join us to educate the community during numerous informational pickets. These workers are the backbone of nursing homes and deserve a decent quality of living so that they can take care of their families with the same care that they take care of our families.
