Public Employee Benefit Reduction Bills Signed into Law

The New Jersey State AFL-CIO opposed a package of legislation that was signed into law by Governor Christie on March 22, 2010.  These laws not only hurt hard working middle class and public employees, but they also undermine the collective bargaining process. 

 

To see how the State Assembly voted on these bills, please CLICK HERE.  The bills passed the State Senate unanimously, with four Senators not voting.  They were Senators Rice, Turner, Allen and Baroni.
