IBEW 1158 on Strike Against Pella Windows & Doors

Please join the New Jersey State AFL-CIO in supporting 61 members of IBEW 1158 who have been on strike from Pella Windows & Doors since Monday, July 30.  Despite the worker's efforts to achieve an agreement prior to the expiration of their previous contract, this employer has failed to negotiate in good faith.  Our brothers and sisters at IBEW 1158 are fighting against attempts by Pella Windows & Doors to make their healthcare unaffordable by raising premiums without increasing wages accordingly.

Despite the anticipated extreme heat and humidity which is anticipated in the coming days, these workers will be on the picket line at 4 Dedrick Place, West Caldwell, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily until an agreement is reached. Please consider joining our brothers and sisters on this line so that we can make our voices heard and remind this employer that the labor movement stands united against corporations that continue to put profits over people.

For more information, please contact Gene Sette, Assistant Business Manager at  732-742-2529.
