Mission: Advocating for union brothers and sisters, contributing to the community, recognizing labor's community contributions, & building solidarity.
The New Jersey State AFL-CIO Community Services Agency works with central labor councils, affiliated unions and New Jersey's network of Labor Liaisons and Agencies to effectively respond to members in need, community projects, diaster relief, job actions, strikes, layoffs and organizing campaigns. Educational programs and technical assistance for local unions and central labor councils developing community service programs are available through AFL-CIO Community Services:
